Nature's Way Alfalfa Leaves - 100 Capsules

I've used this brand for years and their products have been top notch. Easy to swallow and effective. Really helping with raising iron levels and decreasing restless leg. Highly recommended.

Generally a good supplement

I had severe pain in my right hand due to excessive typing the diagnosis was inflammation and since the physiotherapy was failing the course of action proposed for me was a steroid injection and later an operation I have eliminated the pain in my hand completely and I feel extremely lucky and grateful I am taking more than the recommended dose in the box (3 pills more) but there is a variety of testimonies online from people who eliminated completely tendonitis pain with varying doses of alfalfa. Please consider giving it a go, and if you have any questions please ask the pain caused by the inflammation of tendons is terrible, and alfalfa is a great anti- inflammatory

I dont know why this product gave me allergic reaction (skin rash) although i used it many years ago and it was ok.

I read somewhere that celery and alfalfa help in reducing the symptoms of gout. Maybe just positive thinking, but I would say that this Alfalfa has helped greatly. I personally don't take it everyday, but when I have even a tinge of pain in my foot I do and I haven't even used any medication. I AM NOT A DOCTOR but I'm satisfied.

Helps with my aching knees. Not sure why, but taking it regularly really makes them seem fine. Climbing stairs not so difficult. Alfalfa hay is good for cattle, apparently it is good for people too. I like this brand because it is JUST alfalfa leaves alone. Recommend.

I found this product to be very effective when used in conjunction with Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle to increase milk production. Unsure of its other uses, but worked well for this purpose. Capsules are easy to swallowand don't leave a nasty aftertaste.

I ordered these to promote tissue growth during pregnancy for b.f. You have to take 6 per day for the recommended dose, and there's not much to say if it'll work or not. I'll keep you updated...
