The media could not be loaded. So easy to use and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it performed. May now be suitable for large jobs but performs well for bathroom thanks to its small size and maneuverability. I also like the fact that I don't have to use chemicals. Good quality and would recommend to others.

Purchased for minimal bathroom cleaning, and to maintain the appearance of my classic car engine. There are better/more expensive steam cleaners on the market, but for the price, this one does what I need it to do.Thank you216herman

this busted with not even using it 5times. There is no way to contact the seller and amazon is telling me to go the website. Makes no sense. No help at all in correcting this defective item that was shipped to me. waste of $140

Does exactly as it's supposed to and puts out steam, I think a horizontal fan spray type nozzle would help it's effectiveness, something to increase pressure a bit. The build is definitely cheap, take your time when connecting everything, it'll be real easy to break pieces and connectors. This thing is so lightweight that I assume the internals are mostly plastic and probably won't last.
