Great product
Natural ingredients is what I like in this product. I'm not really a fan of the taste but I'll rather prefer to take a supplement with no sweetener and its natural than one with sweeteners and full of chemicals. It's easy to swallow and it's a great value for money. Would recommend it.

Bought these for myself , as I am allergic to fish/seafood and being vegan I new they didn’t contain this product in the capsule like some do .Easy to swallow and definitely have noticed a difference since I have been on them .Would definitely recommend 👍

Brilliant and I can tell when I don't take them.
I've been taking these for 3 months now. I ran out and forgot to order some for 2 weeks and I really noticed a difference when I wasn't taking them. They have everything you need in a vitamin and now I can't be without them.I would reccomend these to any woman

Extremely good
Everything about this product works. I suffer with PMDD. Every month I go mad. It affects my employment, my works and home life.When I take these suppliments it eases that. I have tried Soo many things. Ofcourse it doesn't take it away but it defenetly improves the situation. This product which I combine with the together magniesum does wonders. I would trial others if I had the money.Please try this if you have the same problem. Give it about a few weeks to a month to see the full benefits

I love these, they are all natural - derived from food. I've been taken them for a few years. I like the packaging (not bottles to travel with), the pouch is very handy. I think the mix of ingredients is also great with the selenium, chromium and good amounts of most nutrients. I am a vegetarian so take this as a supplement to diet. The only one that's a bit low for vegetarians/vegans is the iron at 14% RDI. I add in other supplements for my personal situation and illness.
