I am 5.5 and 175lbs. Now, this Depends on person to person. I like my stuff Fitted. I got a similar one like this before in a Medium like 2 years ago. It worked well...was comfortable and I got a good use out of it. Hooks came out and everything :-D.This time I decided, I believe I can work with a small. So, I got the small and sure enough it was a perfect choice. NOW!!! Bear in mind that everyone's body shape and types are different. So, it may not work for you like it works for me. It does make you walk more alert. Sucking in even more of that goodness. But you'll see the difference.I Love it and as long as I don't go up in weight, I can still squeeze my gluteus into it!

I’m 5’0 with a shorter torso so the top comes up about 1-2 inches to high. With that being said I had to pull it down to under my bust causing a bend in the zipper. You can differentially see an indentation around the zipper at the waistline because of it. If you are a bit taller I don’t think you have that problem.
