Soothing
After having chemotherapy my feet get flushed and hot, This cream does have a soothing effect which is probably due to the peppermint, it doesn't stop the flushing but it does make you feel a bit better, it's quite expensive but I'm glad I bought it.

Excellent for feet and hand better than the regular one
Highly moisturising relative to the regular one, despite having similar composition. Small quantity suffice and is good for dry feet or those with neuropathy.
