Gave this a try for lossing weight. I had it for about a month i started at 233 and was able to go down to 225 i took this with keto night time burner along with a digest tea that i would drink like once a week. It actually worked with the drops i eated less throught out the day and i had zero cravings so i was able to control what i eat and how much. I hurt my leg so i wasent able to work out or do much exercise. And for still being able to eat what i wanted to it was awesome. Im ordering more and this time im looking forward to put in a little of exercise i havent been able to achive this weight and actually keep it off in like for ever. I love the product works for me ill continue to use it for my weight goal. Ill post pictures after this because i was 100 sure it wouldnt work but it did im super excited for when i see a big change.

We all know supplements should be in glass bottles, especially these. No measurement on dropper.

The taste is okay. I wish the dropper was marked to make it easier to take. I feel more energy but haven’t lost weight yet. Will keep using to see if I notice a change. Does seem to help with intermittent fasting.

Sublingual form makes it convenient and easy to use. I use about 1/4 dropper twice a day, or about 30 drops total--after meals. I'm feeling and looking a bit more trim, so Keto Shed appears to be putting my body into fat burning mode, despite my eating pretty much whatever I want! I try to eat good-quality fats, limit refined carbs and protein, but it's a daily challenge. Keto Shed seems to be helping my body burn fat regardless of my daily diet.

I'm a stacker and I hate swallowing pills so I take these drops with hydroxy gummies. I count calories and go to the gym so something has to work! I like how easy these are to take. I can't say what exactly is working and what's not but I like my routine and I started it late February at 206lbs and it's 4 months later and I'm 184. I lost exactly 22 pounds.I'm not on a keto diet at all but take the drops every weekday before the gym and then after work. It's all about consistency and finding something that works for you and I wouldn't take these drops out of my routine with the results I've been having. I may eventually stop taking them when I reach my goal but there's no reason to right now with everyone on those weight loss injections and I'm getting the same results.

I love the ease of using drops. The flavor is pleasant, which is very important. I use them primarily when I wake up and before I go to sleep, as that's the routine that works best for me. Please remember you still need to take proper care of yourself and follow standard guidelines, this is a supplement, not a replacement. I do agree with the craving reduction. Given all that I'm currently doing, this is great for helping to prevent a stall and keep things moving right along. I use the keto drops 2-3 times a day and it seems to be one of the better product values door the money so I'll keep using it.

I am going to say that I have not used this product not even 30 days. I do not feel a difference at all. I've used drops before and OMG my appetite was craved. I did not want to eat anything. These do nothing. I feel like these drops are a placebo or something. I will be returning them. Also one more thing 30 drops a day really come on now that's a bit ridiculous. I hate the fact that those who are giving this product a 5 star does not show any before or afters I so done with the lame fake reviews.
