Just like the ones I paid more $ for from the orthopedic doctor. Having additional pairs means I don't have to switch them when I change shoes. Definitely helps lessen the flexing of my arthritic foot and make warming a lot less painful.

Came on time, fit my shoes perfectly.

Unfortunately due to a medical condition that caused me to lose all of the toes on my left foot (4/24) I have had issues with my balance. These inserts are perfect. I am able to walk with much better balance. Working out now too!

It could be wider

I have multiple issues with my left foot...arthritis, flat feet, bunion, and a bone spur on top of my foot. I needed to stiffen up my shoes so the for front of my foot would not bend. This works great and they are reversable, so I do not have to share among other shoes. In fact, I bought another set. They are great!!

These are very good insoles. They absorb moisture from your feet and keep them dry. They are also very comfortable in your shoes.

I bought these on the advice of my podiatrist when recovering from a stress fracture. The product description made it seem as though they would work in most shoes that aren't dress shoes or sandals. I tried them in several pairs that I own (sneakers, casual flats) and, since the shoes themselves are not flat but the insoles are, the insoles did not fit flush with the bottom of the shoe. This meant they effectively took up more space than regular insoles, so the shoes became too tight on top. I could not make them work and wear them comfortably in any of my shoes.

BE SURE TO ORDER CORRECT SIZE! ALLOW 1/2 SIZE SMALLER THAN SHOE SIZE.
