I finally gave myself permission to splurge on the silk pillowcases I've wanted for some time. No sooner had I placed the order than they were on my doorstep, or so it seemed. I chose to hand-wash and dry the pillowcases as instructed and used them last night for the first time. No tangled hair this morning! Now I will wait to see what long-term effects I notice on my hair. ( I gave them 4 stars in the wrinkle-free category because they do need ironing after hand-washing them. No big deal to me, though. )

The gorgeous pillowcase arrived in pristine condition, in a beautiful little box. It fits my pillow perfectly, and feels like a very high quality silk. I haven’t washed it yet. My only problem with it is that my head slips off the pillow when I’m trying to sleep. I’m constantly pulling the pillow back under my head. My neck hurts a bit from this nightly routine. I don’t see that other reviewers have this problem, so is it just me? Maybe. Or maybe my pillow. I love the pillowcase so I’ll continue to try to solve this problem.

The pillowcase is unbelievable! I had been wanting one for a looong time, so I splurged and bought one. I’m so glad I did since it has really improved my quality of sleep. My hair looks almost the same in the morning and the way it contains the pillow is so comfortable. I really was skeptical, but this is truly what I have experienced. I have recommended it to my friends and family.

Highest price option in this category. Other alternatives here are better overall buys, but there are also options of far less quality than Blissy, but Blissy really is the standard. Is it worth the price? Maybe, but probably only because of the luxury packaging that is gift worthy and the subtle but special branding that gives you a "name brand" feel. There are some very similar alternatives at nearly half the price.

Perhaps it's the way I'm propped on it at bedtime. My hair is short. The ends seem distressed when i 1st get up in the am. But, as for my face, that is completely smooth with no creases, etc. on my cheek when I get up. That's a nice plus. And it is cool as others have mentioned.
