So I'm gonna start off by saying that my 5 star is on the controllers functionality use. The controller works well with the Quest 2 that I've found, albeit the small issue with the WiFi function that should be fixed in an upcoming update (but was already fixed on the Quest Pro). Pros: * Benefits with off Camera accuracy quite well. Especially makes back-play much easier to deal with. * Despite being a hair heavier, in weight, it is actually lighter to me, possibly because of the ring. * Native rechargeable battery. Though we'll see how well that will be in months time. * These controllers come with a small recharge cradle. Cons: * 8-9 hours from full charge. * Charge Cradle is very small. * Charge cradle has a specific way of putting it on (i.e. doesn't make it easy to just place and go) * When not in use, still can drain a little. * Requires removing the Quest 2 controllers from the Quest 2 to put in the Quest Pro controllers. So why with the amount of stars for the amount of cons? Well, at their heart, it runs great. I don't have to worry about lighting for full functionality of the controllers which when in one room, the overhead light was so bright, you would think some kind of unknown experience is happening in the room if you looked through the window and it could get through most accessories for the headset for light leakage from the top. In another area, the lighting is too little and would require an infrared light to assist. Plus, if being done in the evening, the area was more echo-y so one could unintentionally wake up others in their rooms. So having these controllers eliminate lighting requirements outright. Plus, sometimes I wanted to look at different directions while firing in another (dual ranged weapons) or move around proper with melee based games and sometimes you need back blocks. While it works with the wrist strap, I would prefer having knuckle straps for throwing-based mechanics. There isn't really anything on the market that I've seen with enough confidence to say "Oh, let me try that" for having such grips. Also, it does come with a stylus for writing, but I haven't used anything that required it so not sure if its even gonna be useful for me. Overall, I still find this a great product. The hard part is justifying the cost if wanting to switch from the Quest 2 controllers. Yes, basically if you got a Quest 2 and got these, you're looking at more of an expense towards a custom PC. But I had my stuff long enough and figured I'd treat myself so the cost was fine for me.

If you're using a Quest 2 or Quest Pro, this is great. If you're using a Quest 3, it has a ton of issues, lots of disconnection etc. Not worth the price because of the bugs

Great tracking, no paring issues with my Quest 3, so much more fluid in every way. Worth the AU$520 price? YMMV but for my use case? Yes. It'd get 5 star if I could use AA batteries instead of the built-in (and therefore limited usable life) lithium ion batteries. Also a few less high temperature alarms from the controllers while playing intensive games (though that's probably just my monster hands).

I play beat sabre and only beat sabre. You 100% have to buy knuckles grips for these controllers and rotate your sabers. You can get pretty close to the field of claw grip using the knuckles grip. it's ridiculously smooth and accurate. The haptics are amazing. They are so much more comfortable somehow. I think because the weight is more centred in your palm. Anyway in one day that's playing just as well with them as my old controllers so the learning curve is quick
