Excellent Product
La Chinata is the best smoked paprika I have found ..... if you want to add that distinct flavour, then this is the stuff to use, excellent product. However - go easy with it , as when they say its HOT ... they are not joking and a little (1/4 teaspoon) will impart a massive flavour to the dish. La Chinata paprika and a dried Chipotle chilli turns an average chilli into something the family fights over !!!!!

A good taste with plenty subtle 'heat' but without being overpowering. I use a lot when recipe calls for smoked paprika.

If you love smokiness,heat,colour,Spanish flavours then this is a must.Great quality product,very versatile, makes a wicked potato/onion Spanish soup. It should be used with moderation however as it really is punchy.
