My daughter is disabled but she absolutely loves this teepee and the good thing is the poles. Are as thick as wooden sweeping brush handles but they screw together in 3 parts and comes with a carry bag to keep it in so its win win really

Vorab: Das Zelt ist gut und brauchbar, abgesehen davon, das es bei Wind schnell umfällt. Für den Verkäufer gibt es keinen Stern, denn er hat nicht für eine angemessene Zollerklärung gesorgt, die ich erst auf Nachfrage von FedEx mit unseren Angaben (Anschrift, Inhaltserklärung, Rechnung (etc.) liefern musste. Auf meine Nachfragen hat er nicht reagiert. Allerdings bekommt auch FedEx von mir keine gute Beurteilung, da sie mich erst am 14.08. - einen Tag vor zugesicherter Lieferung - kontaktierten, obwohl das Paket seit dem 07.08. in Köln beim Zoll lag. Entsprechend verspätet kam die Lieferung bei uns an.

I was looking for a little tent to put in my place for a party, I ordered a couple different ones from Amazon and this one was perfect! Extremely Easy to set up and really large, it fit multiple young adults nicely and was a big hit! Super fun and cozy. Can’t wait to use it outside at the park or for other events indoors.

Students loved playing with this tent, as we have an outdoor area outside our classroom. It was large enough for 10 yr olds, too. Unfortunately, a student fell on one of the pine poles, and it snapped in half. I can't find any contact information on how to contact the company, Betterhood. Can Betterhood contact me please? I would like to purchase a pole replacement.
