Hab nach meinem Knöchelbruch in der Physikalischen Therapie einen Fußmassageroller kennengelernt. Wollte sowas auch zu Hause nutzen und zack, scheinbar haben sich schon die ersten verklebten Faszien gelöst. Bin begeistert und empfehle den Roller! Er ist sicher auch eine große Hilfe, wenn man viel sitzt.
