Solgar Cherry Turmeric Complex Vegetable Capsules - Pack of 60 - Antioxidant and Anti-Inflammatory Properties - for Daily Wellbeing - Vegan and Gluten-Free

I've been taking these now for over 12 months because they work! I'd started taking cherry extract to help with my developing arthritis when I was recommended these at a health shop. The cherry helps with inflammation and turmeric helps reduce pain. Within a couple of weeks the inflammation in my fingers had reduced and the pain from my other joints was considerably less. I had been taking the full dose of ibuprofen allowed nearly every day before I took these - now I hardly take any at all and my overall chronic pain level has dropped to 1-2 out of 10 from 7-8 out of 10. They are not cheap but I'm saving money on ibuprofen and they are absolutely worth it.

Have my animals on turmeric, black pepper and linseed oil and they have all shown an improvement in their movement. Since animals don't suffer from the placebo effect I concluded it was worth trying myself. I couldn't stomach the paste so tried these to help my joint pain and fibromyalgia. Whilst they are not a miracle cure they are definitely helping and have none of the nasty side effects associated with some of the prescription medication my GP offered. I wouldn't be without them.

This arrived quickly and was really well packaged thoroughly recommend. I am a fan of the brand anyway so that was a given.

This is the first time I have used this product,have used Solgars products before the only thing I don't like is their use of excipients not necessary in this day and age.

I would recommend these, they seem to be working. I do feel better after taking them for a couple of weeks. They might be a bit more expensive but worth it for the quality.

When I open and put in breakfast the power is overwhelming

Have just started this - but the research is good - it has the same pain inhibitors that diclofenac etc. does although it will work much slower to ease aches and pains.
