The ribbon is easily damage as it is braided, you have to ensure maintaining it. the ribbon show black color due to the base ribbon

Love this cord! It worked perfect for my design!

I needed this as an accent to a purse. It knows well and the rope doesn't fray. Obviously it unravels at the end once and if you cut it. I just wrapped the top with clear tape and held a lighter to it to melt and adhere. I have a glye gun so also did a little of that on the end since I couldn't have it fray on me. Worked like a charm and I cut it into several pieces!
