This RAYA Samavor is good looking , however the customer service was not good at Al. They never got back to me . Therefore I returned my samavor. The problem for me was the spout . Water was coming out very slowly.

I returned this product due to unsatisfaction. The seller kept $119.00 of the price I only got $95.00 backif they've told me this I wouldn't return. This is scam

Great quality product, I was looking for a samavar fot a long time and all other options where very cheap quality, also most of them dont work with 110 W.This is a quality product with great size that is suitable for a family of two or a large family gatherings of upto 12 people.Very easy to use. No instalation needed. We really love it!!

The handle was broken

I will not recommend this company! I purchased a samavor that looks really good but it was a piece of junk and only used it few times! I bought it to use in charitable events to be a centerpiece! It broke only after a handful use! I contacted the company and was told I have to ship it, pay for shipping and then they will repair it because more than 6 months have passed! However they wouldn’t give me an address until I found a number the store is actually marigold house in California to contact them. I sent it paid the shipping and never heard back for over a month! My emails were all ignored! I finally texted this number and they said they would have an update shortly except they never did and ignored texts! When I complained about their behavior and how bad they treated customers they said i have to pay for shipping label for them to send it back and they won’t repair it either! I’m surprised a company like this can be in business when they treat customers so bad, a complaint was sent to California attorney general because nobody should treat customers so badly after sending a defective item especially when they even made fun of us we knew we have the duty to inform customers. I have all their correspondence and be happy to share with all who wants proof of it! They first sent a defective item to a charity, then made us pay to ship it for a repair they never done and ignored correspondence and made fun too! I never have seen such a horrible customer service in my lifetime
