Very comfortable. In conjunction with a neck pillow, makes it very easy to catch a few good and restful ZZZZs in a bucket seat at a rest stop while traveling long distance.

The one thing I didn’t like on my new (to me) 2017 Kia Optima was that headrest was uncomfortable. It stuck out to my head without any support on my my neck or upper shoulder. This strap-in pillow fit my car seat perfectly with just enough neck and shoulder support to make it comfortable enough to take a nap.
