I have read up on pine pollen as a supplement for a while now and finally bit the bullet and purchased a bag of Samsara pine pollen. This past week has been a work nightmare with tons of deadlines and stress.... all week I have been sleeping terribly and not enough, not eating the amount and healthy type of food my body needs.... all the stress from work.... Right now it is Sunday evening 9 pm. Today, even though I was so tired from the week, I woke up made breakfast, went on a 4mile hike with my dog, worked out, went grocery shopping cooked dinner.... now as a 41 year old normally this would make me sooo tired at night that all I would want to do and would normally do... is take a shower and lay in bed watching TV then falling asleep... I've been taking this particular brand of pine pollen for about a week now. First thing in the morning. It has a nice gradual affect. The taste is fine, nothing remarkable, tastes like you drank a bunch of lumber lol but that's fine with me. Good product even better standards.

I take a LOT of supplements and I try lots more for at least one bottle, to see if I notice anything. With most of them I do not feel a direct effect, but occasionally I hit the jackpot and I find a supplement that is semi-miraculous for my health---and this is one of them! In fact, out of the hundred or so supplements I've tried, this is in the top three for me. I guess I really needed a testosterone boost, or whatever else this stuff does? Keep in mind that I'm a middle aged male, so the benefits to others may not be as strong, but for me this really is miraculous and I'm here to order my second bag. One effect that says it all: I walk every day up some very steep hills, and I used to have to use my willpower to force myself up those hills, because my body was exhausted by the halfway point. Within a week of taking this, I found myself at the top of the hill one day, and I hadn't even noticed walking up it,since I was looking at my phone. Yes, I was out of breath, but I was not out of stamina/energy, and that BLEW MY MIND. The clumping if this product is a little excessive, and I've never had that problem with two other companies! Also the noticable effects were kind of lacking, but maybe I'm to used to it.. the lumps suck though!

This is why third week of taking this daily to balance my hormones. I am a female in my mid 30’s. Within a week of taking this the hormonal acne in my jawline dried up. I had two huge zits sitting right under the skin in my chin for a few weeks. It never wanted to come to a head. After a few days on pine pollen and they all dried up. At my three week mark I can say my skin is clearer and brighter. I have a lot more energy and I feel more balanced. I will update sometime in the future.
