Best with various flours....coarse to fine...dark to light colored flours
used a pairing knife to gently and uniformly lift away excess flour or crumbs. also to remove formed cookie, placed flat side of pairing knife to press against entire length of dough and shifted away from cookie form...whole cookie released great. I do wash, thoroughly dry, and apply avocado oil to the internal parts of the cookie press.
