Cut but within first time of connecting the velcro hands, one velcro pad came off.I glued it back on and works fine just didn't expect it so soon to come off.Otherwise it's a nice little elf.

Amazing elf perfect for every Christmas so fun for the kids

The ELF arrived intact, but there is glue visible throughout and it doesn’t appear to have been applied properly. There are glue strings everywhere, making the item look dirty. Because of this, I don’t believe the ELF is brand new and its overall condition isn’t very good. That said, it still functions well enough for the kids.
