Better than any rope!
Can’t say enough about how good this attachment is. Gym got new ropes and they all felt short so went scrolling through sites for a longer one. Came across this one and so glad I bought it. The two length options give you so much more than any rope could ever. The pump is unparalleled if you use this!

Perfect for Face Pulls
Bought this as my local gym had very short ropes for tricep exercises but this has been one of the best additions to my gym bag. You get fantastic contraction on push downs, face pulls, straight arm lat pull downs. It’s really versatile and actually the attention to detail & quality of this item is great. Strongly recommended.

Lovely bit of kit!
Brilliant piece of equipment! Very good material, it's very soft on your hands and feels really comfortable in and variation you're using it!I was also surprised how much it improved the quality of my lifts, especially during pulling movements, because it takes away the need to grip the attachment, you can simply hook into the loops. Game changer. Would recommend!
