I ordered this product to complete my Christmas Nativity project. It’s easy to work with although a little messy. Make sure to have a vacuum handy if you’re cutting inside. One drawback is that the fullness is only achieved towards the end of each strand and the grain only runs one way. For my application, I have a bare spot on one end as you can see in the pictures. The good thing is that I have extra material which will allow me to “graft” some extra strands to fill in the “bald” spots using hot glue. The backing seems to be just tough enough to hold it all together but if you fold it it will crack and create black flakes of material. The way the strands are attached to the backing is uniform and you can part the straw to find your grid allowing you to cut without drawing any lines.It worked for my project and I hope it works for yours.

The media could not be loaded. I used this synthetic grass to create a Tiki like roof on my toddlers house bed frame. It looks so cute! The plastic smells a bit, but it disappeared after a week of being on the bed frame. The color is accurate and it looks realistic! Upon assembly there was a lot of grass fallout but after shaking it out theres no more loose grass pieces coming off of it. It can be a choking hazard so be sure to keep an eye on your child around it and make sure theres no more fallout! Other than that it served its purpose for us. I attached it using wood staples!

I think that this product is great! I like how it looks; they have a slightly different short fiber incorporated to kind of fluff it up and hide the more open areas between rows of long fibers. It flows down very nice, It has proven to be very durable. I did not experience any shedding nor the flaking that some reviewers noted. would buy again

It's a bit on the dark side but worked well as hay in a manger for a Christmas play.

I don’t know who are these people who say that it looks realistic I’ve been in events all my career and this product is so Fake and cheap quality it is appalling . It went direct to the garbage can 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Started to rain, so I had to stop working the project. Converting our patio cover to an island hut. The product is extremely durable, flexible with nice grass coloring. I am planing on stitching the roof together with monofilament line using carpet needles. Overlapping sections as you would any roofing shingle materials. I am also planning to use zipties for anchoring to existing roof supports.

I like that it is authentic.
