Good busking microphone
I have used this microphone for jazz and folk performance. The advantage is that it is one of very few dynamic headset microphones available, so there's no messing around with phantom power equipment ; it just goes straight into the microphone socket of my guitar amplifier. The sound quality is good enough for amateur performance or busking. Certainly there was no point spending three times as much for slightly higher sound quality of you're performing on the street or in a pub or café. Yes, the headset is tight, but I soon got used to it, and it feels more robust than I was expecting.

Poor Fit, Weight, Cable Length & Reliability
This mic is uncomfortable to wear - the headband is straight as opposed to having the curves to sit over the ear. As a fitness instructor, it is too heavy, not stable enough, and the cable is too long (opposite of my IMG Stageline HSE-90 which is my go to 3-pin head mic)! Also it didn't work: I tried it on 2 mic packs and got nothing (I tested the same mic packs with a different 3.5mm jack mic and they worked fine - it was this bit of kit). So I returned for a refund - based on fit, weight, comfort and cable, I wouldn't have kept it even if it worked!

Uncomfortable
I bought this to replace a muched loved one- I am a fitness instructor the headset is tight but when I lay on the floor it moves so I can't be heard the 2 pads are uncomfortable and the wire - 10 foot of it!!!!! I have to fold it numerous times and try to tuck it in my arm band - again uncomfortable.

Works well
Works well and I use it with practice amp to get a good sound and instrument balance. Too easy to practice and then get a shock when voice is going through an amp. Plus this is much better than a mic and stand when playing guitar.

You get what you pay for....
......as already mentioned in other reviews on here the fitting of the headband is not good....too tight and a bad design...over the ear fitting like glasses would have been far better and no more expensive to manufacture....Sound quality....i suppose it's what you expect with a product in this price range...Compared to my Shure boom stand mic that i usually use it's not even in the same ball park. A much lower output volume as well.I certainly won't be using it on gigs.... It works - that's about all I can say....
