Great Tool for Myofascial Release
I was struggling with neck and head pain until a doctor friend told me I probably had occiptal neuralgia and would need a steroid shot with lidocaine. I looked up myofascial release for the condition and found some videos with techniques for relieving pain. One used the handle of a spoon. I did get some instant relief from the pain after I started following the guidance in the videos. I was using a small bent wooden spoon, but wanted a better tool. This massage tool has everything I need as it can hit all the critical spots, back and sides of the neck and head. The points can be used to work out little knots. It is very good quality and has some heft to it. The edges are rounded, not sharp. I'm very pleased with it and have been getting good results. It comes in a nice case that snaps closed as well.

I'm genuinely impressed
I'm genuinely impressed with the Medical Grade Stainless Steel Gua Sha Massage Tool that I recently purchased. This tool has become an essential part of my self-care routine. Its medical-grade stainless steel construction assures me of its durability and hygiene. I've used it on my back, legs, arms, neck, and shoulders, and the results have been fantastic. The design is ergonomic and easy to handle, allowing me to apply just the right amount of pressure during my massage sessions. The smooth edges glide effortlessly across my skin, providing a soothing and effective soft tissue therapy experience. I've noticed a significant improvement in muscle tension and circulation after using this tool regularly. Its versatility and effectiveness make it a standout choice for anyone seeking relief from muscle stiffness or tension. I'm thrilled with the results and the quality of this Gua Sha massage tool, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their wellness routine.

Nice quality
As a massage therapist i use Gua Sha tools for treatments. I was wanting a 2nd one of these, i call them handle bars lol this is good quality, heavy, nicely made. Only issues i habe is the handle parts aren't as long as my other bar is (not from this compay) so for me and my larger hands it's a little annoying at times but doesn't stop me from using it. The edges have a little more of a point edge, nothing my clients have complained about but they notice it. I've found the edges do mark up my clients faster than my other bar. Also this bar is totally flat on one side. One side is nice and rounded and the other side flat like it was poured into a mold. So that also makes it a bit odd to hold onto and makes the edges especially on the handle parts more pointy

Sweet Relief!
Sweet relief! The facia of my IT band apparently decided to glue itself with some form of organic CRAZY glue. I couldn’t hardly squat a couple inches without the vastus lateralis and IT feeling like they were about to pop. I came across this tool and after looking at several vendors, decide to go with this one (1/3 to 1/4 the price of others!). I pulled it straight out of the box after delivery and put it to work! No oil or prep. I could feel the granular and gritty “popping” and scraping going on. Crazy painful, but after just 3-4 long strokes I could actually hear and feel the adhesions breaking up! This morning I looked at my leg and coukd see all the bruising is right along the band (see pic). Same on both sides, but more significant bruising on my leg that had more pain from extensive adhesions. If adhesions are an issue for you, this tool is the solution. I’ve paid hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars for massages (trigger point, foam rolling, lacrosse ball, deep tissue, sports, stretching, etc) and NOTHING has even scratched the surface - ever. In ONE session with this tool I got the therapy and relief I’ve needed for years, and it cost less than a single massage! Don’t let the bruising discourage you. The stripping itself is pretty intense, but I have ZERO residual pain. Plus, I have full range of motion from just ONE session! This bad boy is going to be a regular part of my weekly fitness regimen! •Heavy duty •Easy to use (one :30 sec YouTube video) •Great value •Provided immediate relief & results What more could you ask for?

This Gua Sha tool is perfect for what I was after! I am a beginner and this tool fits perfectly in my palm, has a good weight to it with a bevel that gives a firm edge without being too sharp.
