Great bike! shame the seat is so uncomfortable.
I was a little skeptical about purchasing this bike due to some of the reviews. But honestly it's great for the price and cannot argue. What I like; The bike itself is sturdy as hell, now I'm a big lady and getting back into fitness is my goal for this year arguably I could've joined a gym for much cheaper but the thought of that made me uncomfortable. Although I am rather large when I sit on the bike it doesn't fumble around or isn't unsteady, when I stand or lift my butt off the seat, it continues to stay steady and doesn't wobble at all! The kinomap app: I love the idea of the kinomap app , it gives me motivation and keeps me busy whilst riding! Connecting to the app can be a little bit of a pickle as sometimes it didn't detect the bike and I had to manually remove it and add it again, other than that I've had no connection issues with the app The assembly of the bike: Now Im no genius when it comes to putting stuff together but I found the instructions pretty clear, although I did get stuck on some parts and found them a little tricky, it took 2 people about 30 minutes- an hour to get it all up and running! Can't complain. What I dislike: The seat.. I can't talk enough about how uncomfortable it is sitting on that thing, I've had to resolve to placing a small cushion on the chair just to help some of the discomfort, unsure why it hurts so much.. maybe it's because I'm getting used to it? None the less it was uncomfortable. Overall: Overall I highly recommend this bike for anyone!

I like it!
Small and light package for a solid, quality exercise bike. Assembly was mostly straight forward and quite simple. The bike operates smoothly and quietly, the console is not intuitive but not difficult and the kinomap Software is a good alternative. Kinomap connects easy enough, even recognised my polar heart monitor as an extra sensor. It is very good but the UI is slightly clumsy and doesn't offer a lot in the way of summary/agrigated training stats. Overall I am at least as happy as expected and perhaps a little more. The biggest downer as an unexperienced cyclist was adjusting height and seat position to make it more comfortable, which it is now so all good so far!

Great bike and (eventually) great customer service!
I wanted a step-up from my existing static exercise bike and the TOUR 5.0 doesn't disappoint. Paired easily with Bluetooth on both my iOS and Android phones & tablets and with a subscription to Kinomap I can now cycle around the world from the comfort of my own living room. Casting the video to my Android TV also works well for that big-screen experience. Unfortunately after just under 6-months the bike started making an intermittent clunking / rotating noise. Amazon weren't much help ("have you tried replacing the batteries?" ....... really?!?!). They wouldn't send a replacement, only offering a return for refund and I could then buy another one. Not much good to me as I got the current one in a Black Friday deal and it would cost me another £90 to do that. Contacting Bluefin was a mixed experience. Their website says returns can take up to 28 days to process / turn around, or worse if the problem is deemed to not be a fault then you might have to pay to get the product back! I submitted a support request anyway and spent the best part of two frustrating weeks dealing with their customer service department going back and forth with days between message replies. I'd already given a pretty good description of the fault and a video showing it in my very first message (suspected issue internally) but it took many messages such as "try tightening the pedals" before I was eventually passed through to somebody that seemed to be able to provide proper assistance. I appreciate companies are busier than normal perhaps, but to wait two days to get a reply that asks a question that I've already given the answer to in a previous message is annoying to say the least. By this point I'd already stripped the sides off the bike and verified that the fault was definitely internal and was coming from the flywheel (clicking / clunking during rotation of the pedals). Bluefin suggested that they arrange for the bike to be sent back and inspected by a technician which seemed like a whole host of hassle having to take it apart, find packaging for it, arrange for a courier (expensive given the thing weighs > 40KG). Plus I use the bike every day, so didn't really want to be without it for an unknown amount of time. Given I'd already stripped the sides off and identified the fault it seemed like a much simpler idea would be to send out a replacement flywheel since it seemed a relatively straightforward fix (it looks to swap out like a normal bike wheel). I'm happy to say that Bluefin agreed to this and a replacement flywheel is now on the way so I will be swapping it over as soon as it arrives. Overall I've given 4 stars due to the fault occurring within 6 months and the protracted customer service experience. If Bluefin had a more polished customer service process and we'd gotten to the end result within the exchange of the first few messages, I'd have probably given a 5 star overall rating - i.e. the bike failed but Bluefin were awesome as they sent me the replacement part within two days. At least we got there in the end though. I do love the bike, so hopefully it will last for many years to come. I've also got my eye on their folding treadmill and rowing machine as future purchases, but I will probably see how the TOUR 5.0 fairs over the coming months before I commit to buying any more of their products!

Perfect and v quiet!
Delighted with this. I read so many reviews on so many bikes and I am glad we bought this one. It is incredibly quiet, the seat is really comfortable and altho the instructions are very basic, a little patience is needed. It's no different to work out than your average mobile phone and all those settings! I am 5 foot 1" and my other half it 5 10" and we both find it comfortable. I had no idea these things could be so quiet, it's great! Nothing better than watching your favourite TV programme whilst cycling away :) Highly recommend for quality/price.

Check product carefully
I was not very happy when I opened the box and started putting the bike together, to realise that part of the frame was broken as you can see from the photos, there were also a couple of important bolts missing, after having unpacked it all I was certainly not going to try and repack the bike. I have managed to put it together, but when you pay good money for something you expect it to arrive in perfect condition.I would much appreciate some compensation.

Good piece of kit. Well worth the extra money
Once you work out how to connect to kinomap its a good machine. But works just as good without it just as an exercise bike. Handlebar pulse monitors don't seem to be working but I can love without them. I'd recommend cycle shorts as saddle is like sitting on a church pugh

A good machine.
I wanted an exercise bike that would be link to an app and allow the app to control resistance. After reviewing many I bought this one. I found it easy to put together, though there are times when an extra pair of hands is necessary. Once built it was easy to set up and the app interface worked first time. It seems robust enough for our needs.

Consiglio l'acquisto.
