I really like this poster. I have a vibration plate from a different company that I bought several years ago but never had a poster for. The variety on this poster is very nice and it covers stretching and most of the body head to toe with a good variety of exercises. I would recommend getting the laminated version and attacking it up on your wall where you can look up at it and try the different exercises.

I find the Lifepro 2-sided laminated poster, printed both horizontally and vertically, according to your space availability, with instructions for beginners through advanced users, with bold and easy-to-read words and pictorials, to be very beneficial to maximize your vibration plate workout or rehab time.I am very pleased with this handy poster, and recommend it.
