I'm now six weeks into using this shilajit and it's increased my energy levels a lot. I felt a change around 5 days in and it's got better. Friends are also feeling good from it and one has felt a reduction in back pain also. He is 3 weeks or so into taking it. It seems to have anti inflammatory benefits. After a couple of weeks I noticed erections seem to come easier, suggesting testosterone levels could be rising or hormones rebalancing. I use it in herbal tea and flavour wise, it's very palatable. Family and friends use it in tea or coffee in the morning and don't notice much change in taste. I've recommended this to several family members and friends and they have been very grateful. They are now keen to continue with this product. I highly recommend it. The customer service have been fast to respond to questions I've had and have been very helpful. To finish off a great product, the packaging is second to none and the spoon is very helpful. If you are careful, you do not waste any resin, so the extra gram given in the jar is another bonus! I have seen comments saying there is no lab sheet but I contacted them and received it quickly. Overall, I'm very impressed. I'm a herbalist and look out for lots of high grade products and superfoods. This is proving to be my current favourite supplement. To get such a huge spectrum of nutrients and trace minerals in one supplement is fantastic. I will be back for more and recommending it to all I know.
