Can I use this on a single seat, armchair size?

No not really the one I bought folds out too fit a 3 seater settee not sure if this company sells one for a armchair, I suppose you could cut it to fit your chair

Sofa bed would this be suitable to use between the bed base and seat cushions as mine seats sink into base at the front

Hello Mishmish, I think it would help and you could always put a length of wood along the length of your bed settee at the front under your cushions say about 200 or 300mm wide and about 20mm thick. Hope this helps

From left to right on the couch, the product will be 3" too wide. But how wide is each of the folding slats?

Approx 4” each slat. It was too wide for my suite but have just folded over & it’s fine. Made a big difference to the comfort of the suite.
