I never write reviews but this is so much easier then a hot water bottle, yeah hot water bottles get hotter but it’s a bit of common sense 😂!I suffer with endometriosis, so having a hot water bottle on me all day at work, isn’t ideal these are hidden and last all day! Applied it at 6am and was still warm when I took it off for bed 10pm, ready for my hot water bottle for the night,Really easy to apply, mine took about 10 mins to start to heat up, super easy and quick to apply! I’ve saw some reviews about direct onto the skin, but I just applied it onto my underwear and stuck all day!

Pleasantly surprised how the heat stayed in these patches at least 20 hours, do not get too hot to be uncomfortable a pleasant warmth. Good size patches easy to wear, at first I stuck them over my t shirt then stuck them on my skin this was easier to stop them moving.

I purchased these to help with lower back pain due to other medical condition thought worth a try sue to cheap price, they work good as shaped nicely and stick really.good too. Very happy.

The media could not be loaded. Nice size heat patch heat, the heat or warmth doesn't last that long when I used it, though it sticks well amd doesn't fall off.
