Although 10 year guantee (3-year non-stick) clearly printed on packaging, non stick just doesn't work. Food just sticks on hard and soaking for even three days has little effect. Coating then comes off if you attempt to remove it. Cannot be returned later than 30 days from delivery & seemingly no facility on Amazon to complain or claim against the guarantee. If I had bought this on the High Street I could return it for an immediate refund. However, with Amazon, it seems I just have to throw it away. See other similar reviews, e g. Dr M Cunningham DD 11 Feb 2022. If anyone from Amazon reads this, perhaps they could tell me how to request a refund for a faulty product within the legal or manufacturer's warranty period, when no option whatsoever appears against the order in 'my orders.' Have had to give one star to be allowed to write this review.

While this (still) shows as 36cms diam it is actually 34.5cms. Otherwise an excellent piece of kit.

Unfortunately after only two uses, the lining started peeling into the food so cannot use anymore. Shame as it’s a nice size and really sturdy

I have just used this small wok for the first time and am very pleased with it so far and is just the right size for 1 person. I found the handle sturdy and comfortable to hold. I washed out with a soft cloth and it came up clean. Time will tell I suppose how long it lasts but happy so far.

I used the small Wok for the first time today, and I wasn't disappointed with it. No burning, no sticking, and easy to use and clean. I do have one concern, which is why it gets 3 stars only, not the 5 it would otherwise have. This being the handle. The handle has a very large ring on the end, presumably to hang it by. This ring is part of a very long and very thick metal rod which connects the handle to the Wok. This causes the handle to be far too heavy and with only a light touch it can tip the Wok over. It would be better to use a lot thinner and lighter material for this purpose, if only for safety reasons. As it is I cannot recommend this Wok. Update: After 3 months of weekly use, the non-stick layer has several very small missing patches. As I only use a rubber spatula, it cannot be me scratching it whilst cooking. I assume it maybe my Supermarket purchased washing-up brush that my be causing it. The non-stick layer appears microscopically thin, so this may have something to do with it. Whatever, another star removed.

Dass sich sehr schnell tiefe Kratzer in der Beschichtung bildeten, obwohl ich nur mit Holz und Kunststoff in die Pfanne ging, hatte ich noch auf eigene Unvorsichtigkeit geschoben. Aber nun, rund 6 Wochen nach der Lieferung, beginnt die Beschichtung, kleine Blasen zu bilden und sich abzulösen. Meiner persönlichen Meinung nach ist die Materialqualität der Antihaftbeschichtung extrem schlecht. Ich habe schon viele Pfannen mit Antihaftbeschichtung durch, aber diese hier ist in absoluter Rekordzeit kaputt gegangen. Was extrem schade ist, denn auf einem Induktionsherd geht nun mal nichts über Gusseisen oder Karbonstahl.

Des wok, il y en a des tonnes. Ce modèle est facile à monter, bien pensé et résistant à l'usage. Attention de ne pas trop gratter le fond avec des outils abrasifs !

Useful for a single person cook. Good materials, even cooking, def non stick. Using it all the time.
