Absolutely terrible
What a disappointment. This is just a poorly constructed set of suggested meals (e.g 1 serving Blueberry Almond Chia pudding) without supporting recipes or quantities and, consequently, it is wholly useless. I feel cheated.I would have given it 0 stars but that isn't possible.

Good meal plans but it will cost alot of money to follow it

Not very informative
This book is not what I expected at all, it's just a list of what to eat but no recipes to go with it, so if you don't know what's in the food you can't do it to the specifics of the calories it says it would have in it. Not impressed at all.

I don't know what I expected but it wasn't just typed up meal ideas which mainly contained aubergine (obviously zucchini in the book) . It wasn't a particularly helpful book.

A 28 day diet plan listing all u can eat. Fails to give any recipes for the meals on the plan . Waste of money

Rubbish
It just a list of foods to eat ,no portion sizes , no recipes or any other information ,just one day a page with a list of what to eat on that day. I only gave one star as thats the lowest you can give.
