I have rated this product as 5 star and as far as the product itself goes, I stand by that. my only 'gripe' is that on previous reviews, I noticed that some customers had received the connectors free of charge and without asking for them. I didn't ask for them and didn't get them but I did get info from the company suggesting I buy two sets of connectors. needless to say, I shan't bother. delivery - faster than expected and the product itself is great.

Arrived very quickly in the post and was the complete length of 8m that I had ordered. Very simple to fit and now my wife can reach to pull the blinds down or up without having to stretch to reach the pull cord. Thanks very much for quick and easy to install item

Product came as described but would have preferred the description to clearly point out that the cable is not continuous and has a joining clip that won't go through the blind fitting cog at the top.It will therefore only work if the gearing on the blind mechanism allows the blind the travel from the bottom to the top of the window without the join needing to go through the cog.This may be fine on short windows but ours is long so we've not been able to use it.Search for "continuous loop chain blind white" if you want something more suitable.

Excellent product

Arrived very quickly and easy to install since my blind was giving me problems and the previous chain kept slipping. Once installed the blinds just glided up and down without a sound. Previously would squawk when drawn up.Very happy with this product and brought an extra one for my bedroom, only forgot to mention 3 meters and ended up having to reorder, but hey for that price cheaper than public transport and time, since cannot find in any retail shops.

Delivered quickly and sold at very reasonable price. Actually used to repair a fan cord that broke and combined with connectors sold by same company will give few more years to ceiling fan

No connectors since found cheaper online with connectors

it is not clear from the description that indiviual 1m lenghts will be sent rather than one single length that you can them cut to size yourself. 10 x 1m lenghts are useless to me.
