An affordable and effective treatment for ED
As of this review, I am 27. A few years ago, my penis was damaged in an accident, and the tissues in it have been weakened ever since. This hasn't really held me back too much, but it has certainly proven to be a source of stress in my life, and a source of pain, and my penis simply hasn't been the same since. I have tried to fix it myself through various means over the years, but something like this didn't exist, so my means were limited. To treat my issue, I tried Gainswave, which is an out-of-pocket clinical treatment, where they run this hypersonic percussion gun over your penis in order to break up the tissues and promote healing. I don't know if UroShock is EXACTLY the same, but for a layman like you and me, the concept is the same. I bought UroShock because it appealed to me as something that could be used on my own terms, yet provide the same benefits as Gainswave, at a fraction of the cost. So, in this review, I will outline the pros and cons of the UroShock device, and compare it to my Gainswave treatment on the efficacy.GainswavePros:-Quite effective. Given the degree of inflammation and the feeling of tissues being broken up, Gainswave is incredibly powerful for the purpose of repairing and revitalizing the penis and it's surrounding tissues.Cons:-Costly. Gainswave costs $3,000, and is entirely out-of-pocket. Insurance does not cover it. You can't pay in installments either, you have to pay the full amount all at once.-Intense/painful. The shock of the device runs quite deep, and can be a little too much for some people.-Embarrassing. You have to have someone else manipulate your genitals. For some men, this can damage their pride, I think, and it can be difficult to hold onto their dignity.-Time-consuming. You have to schedule one appointment a week, for six weeks. Some can find this difficult to fit into their busy schedules.-May not fix the problem fully, and require more treatments, costing more money and time being spent. Now, as for the UroShock, and the benefits I've found in using it:Pros:-Affordable. A one-time payment of $180 for a device that is quite sturdy, versus a $3,000 treatment you may need multiple times.-Effective. Perhaps a little less effective than the Gainswave, but as the intensity is a little lower, so is the pain and discomfort incurred when using the device. Having used it every day for two weeks, at about 5-10 minutes a day per session, my penis feels much healthier, and the difference in circulation within the tissues is noticeable. If you also do some light massaging on the side, this can also help. If you are diligent about using it, the results and improvements are certainly noticeable.-Quiet. Although the noise can grow louder if you press down hard, the UroShock is actually relatively quiet, and you can use it in your room without bothering others.-Portable. You can take it with you if you need to possibly treat yourself while on vacation, or any other reason, really. The USB charging cable is easily accessible as well.-Long battery life. It charges quick, but you can use it for up to a week without needing to charge it.-Private. For a man, you can use this on your on terms, in your own space, without needing someone around. This helps you retain your dignity, which is quite important for a man, especially when it comes to his privates. I really value this feature highly, actually.-Ease of use. There's no setup, really. Once you know which setting you prefer(of which there are four), and you know what you're doing, you can just turn it on and go. Add it to your morning or nightly routine. I mean, honestly, it's kind of like brushing your teeth. Anyways.Cons-Awkward to hold. The device itself is shaped a little strangely, and it actually kind of starts to make my hand cramp up after a while, because my thumb muscles need to tense up in order to keep the UroShock steady as I'm using it. About as ergonomic to hold as a fire hydrant. In order to use the UroShock to it's fullest capacity, you need the proper application of force and dexterity, so that's why it's a con to me. BUT, it's not terrible. Just something to think about.-Screws apart a little bit sometimes. Not a big deal really, but sometimes over time, the circular parts of the device need to be tightened, as they can come loose due to the intense vibration. When this happens the device gets louder, and can be problematic. Just tighten it real quick, though, and problem solved. Like I said, not a big deal, but keep it in mind. Take good care of the UroShock and listen to how it sounds, you'll know it if need to be messed with a little.Overall thoughts:This is a great device! Even just for performance and health, and not for fixing any underlying issues, this is a great addition to a man's daily toolkit for health and success, especially for the price. For the benefits it provides, and the accessibility of it when compared to Gainswave, it's great. I'm glad it's on the market. Be diligent with it, and diligent with the other aspects of your health, and you'll see results with it.

Pleasure or pain. Not a toy.
This unit is strong and sturdy. It is heavy and loud. It does seem to invigorated the views. Not sure that it helped with the erection or maintaining it so not so good at ed therapy. It makes a really loud noise so no doing it discretely. It made me feel more confident it qaa working while using it but that may have been because I wanted it to work. It is a little painful. Not sure I could recommend this for thr cost. I also question If it is truly shock therapy or just a loud vibrator with an electric charge.

The unit is rechargeable and the manufacturer suggests that you start with 6 minute treatments twice a week for six weeks. Each six week treatment phase should be followed by a four weeks recovery period. The unit can perform roughly 2-3 treatments per full charge. You are able to adjust the frequency setting. Every depression of the button on the unit will increase the frequency indicated by one of the LED lights. This product is created to reverse the effects of Erectile Dysfunction (ED). This may be an alternative as a non-prescription treatment. So to start off, I don’t believe I suffer from ED. I don’t have a problem using what I have when I want to. The problem I have is that I don’t have as much as I used to. I don’t think that is ED from what I think it is. But honestly, I don’t know a lot about it. I see a difference in size both in length and girth in the past few years. While I can perform when I want to. I don’t as much because of the mental issue I have not feeling that I can stack up anymore. So I tend not engage in activity nearly as much as I used to. That being said, I ordered this because it does seem to be something that may be able to restore or revive or whatever the term is to help increase blood flow and hopefully restore my lost dimensions.I appreciate you taking the time to read this. All in all, I am still in the starting weeks of using this. I don’t have much to report yet. But I will update this review once I have had a chance to go through a couple of cycles to see if this product has produced any results. But I would definitely prefer a natural option other than any type of chemical medication. Hope this information was helpful. [4 Stars]

Easier to use than Phoenix
I have using a Phoenix for approximately 2 years. I find this one's easier to hold is nowhere's near as loud and it allows you some freedom on your treatment. The Phoenix does have some advantages in that shows you and tracks where you're moving it, you just follow the lights but you have to wait so many hours in between treatments it locks up.Uroshock fits better in the hands, much quieter, is far less expensive and in my opinion is better built. So you basically have to with this know how to use it. I've been using these units for a couple years now and definitely see a huge improvement. I like Uroshock over the Phoenix. It is also smaller made of high quality metal versus plastic.
