Forget the price. This tool is excellent quality. The wire cutter is such a boon. So sharp and overall the tool has a very strong solid feel. Highly recommended.

This is the second pair I have bought. One for me one for a grandson. They cut cleanly and have excellent grip even on tiny guitar strings. ( that's why I bought a pair for my grandson). They are now my "go to "pliers for fine work. Bit pricey but my guess is that they will outlast me so good value.

I generally use small un insulated pliers/cutters for general purpose DIY tasks and work on electrical equipment that there is no chance of live connections whatsoever (typically un plugged appliances, coaxial cables, ethernet cables, telephone cables etc). This Knipex pair of long nose pliers compliment my C K small combination pliers and small cutters which I use for most DIY tasks. (PS: I did not realise until recently that C.K is a British owned company based in North Wales.)

They are Knipex! Say no more. If your in the market for pliers or cutters, look no further. I have a large collection of Knipex tools and they never let you down. Beautifully made as usual. High German quality. Its a no brainer. Buy them, you won't be disappointed. Great pliers! 👍

Nicely made pair of pliers with great grips and 61 HRC cutting edges to tackle hard wire up to 1.6mm (useful on occasions). My only criticism is that they are very 'loose'. I.E. there is virtually no resistance to opening or closing them and whilst I would not want them to be overly stiff, the lack of resistance actually makes them very slightly more awkward to use than they should be. Summary: almost perfect, but not quite.

Knipex are the benchmark standard for grips and pliers. Not cheap but you will never have to buy another pair. I'm in the trade and all my grip tools are knipex.

Elle est vraiment parfaite à utiliser, très précise et parfaitement usinée. Il manque peut-être juste le ressort d'ouverture pour qu'elle se rouvre toute seule (un modèle existe avec le ressort il me semble).

What is there to say, these are good old Knipex quality pliers. I like this version of the handles the most as they're way more comfortable than the slightly cheaper versions.
