The media could not be loaded. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with a scanner that I recently purchased from your store. I bought the scanner model "nc601" with the expectation that it would work seamlessly with my devices. However, upon attempting to use it, I encountered a significant problem.Regrettably, the scanner does not seem to be functioning at all. Despite following the provided instructions carefully, it does not respond to any commands and fails to perform its intended functions. This has been a source of frustration for me as I urgently require a working scanner for my tasks.I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with guidance on how to troubleshoot this issue or if there are any known fixes for this particular model. Alternatively, I would like to inquire about the possibility of a replacement or refund considering the scanner's current state of inoperability.Your prompt attention to this matter would be highly valued as I rely on this scanner for my daily tasks. Most scanners that are available to the average consumer are just basic entry level scanners. The basic scanner plugs into any OBD vehicle port and you are able to scan the vehicle for possibly any existing codes. I say possibly because most basic scanners will not pick up all codes. Finding the code is one thing but the code alone does not tell the whole story! That is where Humzor's latest scanner comes in. When you first connect the scanner you are prompted to download your vehicles latest information. You select your vehicle manufacture and update the latest information specifically for your vehicle. This will give you better in-depth information that pertains to your particular vehicle code. (You are better prepared to know what the repair might involve and cost) You can access five diagnostic systems, Engine, Transmission, ABS, SRS, BCM. There is a separate battery voltage and health monitor which can alert you to a possible weak or failing battery. The scanner comes with a five year warranty and lifetime free updating! The updating feature is especially nice! The operating system is a Android 7 Quad-Core processor, (Fantastic) It features an auto vin scan and I have found that there is much more information available on any selected vehicle plus you can clear any code's. It is basically a computer that plugs into your vehicle! You can record your vehicle's data, save and play back later including graphs. This scanner will find codes that other scanners miss. The second really nice feature is if you own or work on heavy duty truck engines like Caterpillar, Cummins, etc this scanner comes with a nine pin connector for these engines. This is a diagnostic tool for the everyday person ( you will learn a lot) or the professional. This scanner does it all and is now my number one scanner!
