After years of use, I didn't make sure the lid was all the way on and it cracked the base container's prong. I called the company and the replaced it free of charge even though it was clearly user error! Great customer service!

Q: What size pieces does it make?

it comes with 3different sizes..... it dices, makes cubes and makes some with some length. ive even used it with lettuce.....you wont be disappointed. just be careeful with it.

Q: Is this helpful in cutting cabbagge, beetroot, carrot etc ?

i have purchased for my wife. She really loves it. She is really using it often. She told me purchase another two to give gift to her sisters and I did. I will let you know about cabbage. But she is using it to cut beetroot and carrot.

Q: What is the order of repacking the blades into the box?

After wondering the same thing, I came up with this: unused blades on the bottom (and the booklet) alternating tabs. Put together the actual chopper with one of the blades and the top, fit that in, and the case should close easily for storage.
