Great bag, very convenient for general use
I bought a similar bag for going on holidays last year but faulty stitching within a week had me seeking a replacement brand. This bag ticks all the boxes I wanted. Lightweight, neutral colour but still stylish enough for daily use in place of a handbag. Quality seems good so far. Has multiple secure pockets so things are easily accessed. Can use it for with either iPad or laptop, and will be great for travelling also when I don’t need full size laptop backpack. Very happy with it and would recommend it.

Excellent Customer support and great product
This bag is excellent and was bought for my granddaughter for school. Unfortunately the item became faulty very quickly. I contacted Seventeen-London and they couldn't have been more helpful. My issue was dealt with quickly and it was a very simple process. Communication was excellent and based on my experience I wouldn't hesitate to buy from the seller again. Thank you for your speedy and very efficient after sales care, much appreciated.

Great for price
It has been up mountains, been travelling and used for university with heavy books. Its great for the price although unsurprisingly the pockets inside have started to rip and break after about a year of constant and heavy use.

practical and cute uni backpack! ♡
I really like this backpack!! It's very cute in a lovely shade of blush-pink and has SO MANY POCKETS!!! I counted like 15 pockets on this thing its insane!! I use this backpack for uni and so it's really practical in that I can hide valuables in the inner pockets, take a water bottle in the side pouches, and fit a folder, notebook, ipad, pencil case and lunch in the main part of the bag. The handles and straps are sturdy and definitely will last a long time, all the zippers are solid too, nothing seems cheap or flimsy despite the low price. My only complaint is that the side pockets are very tall and narrow, so I can't easily reach what I've put in there, and I've had to buy slimmer water bottles in order for them to fit at all. Additionally my large ring binder could just about fit, but as it was about 10cm wider than A4 it stretched out the bag so the side pockets were unusable, however I think as long as you have mostly A4 sized items in the bag and pack it wisely, you can fit a lot of stuff!! I also love the waterproof feature. In the uk there's obviously a lot of rain but it's survived all the showers I've been caught in so far which I'm really happy about. Overall a really cute and practical bag that I'm really happy with ^^ highly recommend

Great bag
Just what I was waiting for, lots of small pockets, and lots of space, great design, I would've change the colour as the one I order is a bit dull (burgundy) but I didn't want to go to all the process to exchange it.Otherwise, the bag is great, I love it!

Smart and comfy; bit small for me; niggle with square design due to zipper operation
Bought this to take to work as a more stylish alternative to my usual rugged backpack. The design is quite smart and it feels nice and sturdy too. And has decent shoulder straps, which is a BIG plus for a "fashion" backpack and is fairly comfy to walk around with, whereas most of the "women's" models seem to be intent on causing pain with flimsy, skinny shoulder straps and ridiculously unergonomic design. Have also tried it in the rain (albeit not a total downpour), seems to keep things dry. So far, so good. However, did manage to find some niggles with it, some of which possibly related more to me being v particular about backpacks...First off the colour - I went with the violet one, though in pictures it looked more like grey. In hindsight, I'd have liked a colour that "pops" a bit more...but that's a question of taste. Also, found it a bit small - I tend to carry, on a daily basis, something along the lines of: a book (sometimes quite a big one!), a make-up pouch, umbrella, hat and scarf. Give or take gym shorts and a small amount of groceries on my way back. Bag gets a bit crowded for all of that! Granted, I *can* carry the groceries separately but... I guess I just got used to massive backpacks where I can easily fit my milk and loaf of bread on top if needed!Having said that, the size does have its benefits, as it forces me to be more organised, rather than leave a layer of stuff at the bottom to accumulate and add mystery weight...So while the above are just personal preference and I can easily work around, what does actually bug me is....*drumrolls*....the main compartment zipper! I mean, the quality of the zipper itself is fine but due to the design, it struggles to go round the corners of this rather square backpack. Which means it's really hard to operate the zipper with only one hand, or while the backpack is on your back - you need to take it off, put it on some table or chair, and then open it. All well and good, but makes it a pain to access things on the go, eg grab your umbrella out when you've just left the tube, put your hat away when you're warm, etc.

Keep organized on the go!
Love all the pockets to keep my smaller things from getting lost among everything else in my bag.Super handy when I go out with 5 year old, saves me rooting about for ages.Stylish and comfortable to wear.
