Amazing product
I bought this because of a YouTuber I follow who makes homebrew wine and I’m absolutely amazed with it, I bought 1ltr of pure orange juice and added 100g of sugar and x1 teaspoon of turbo yeast and within 30 odd hours after fermentation finished I was left with a very strong wine

Well Worth It.
It took me a couple of mixes to get it right but I only needed one pack to learn the best way to do it. Let me share. My initial brew was not good because I used a 2 litre bottle. The alcohol also had a bad rotting smell & didn't taste good. I could feel a little buzz though from just one glass. After three other brews produced a similar result, I decided to change the container & used a wide 5 litre stainless steel cooking pot. I however made sure I cleaned it well first & sterilised it with white vinegar. I also decided to make sure my water was sterilised by boiling it first & then let it cool down. When it was warm, I added my sugar (about half a packet) & mixed it well with the water. The more sugar you add, the better result. Another thing is, with a wide pot, you can see the sugar completely dissolve Next, I added some ice cold water to bring the solution temperature down to about 37 degrees - (body temperature). If you dont have a thermometer, you can simply drop some water on your hand. Remember - it has to be at body temperature. I then added the yeast but not too much as that just causes a lot of sediment at the end. In previous brews, I realized that you can use more sugar with a little less yeast but if you use too much yeast & less sugar, the brew will not be good. So, about a quarter coffee cup of yeast will do for a 5 litre mix (but you can add more sugar & which gives the mix more alcohol content). I also learnt that I could add a flavour of my choice like undiluted lemon, apple or orange but orange is the best because it already has that "stinging" taste & which adds to the alcohol punch. I also made sure the solution did not attract tiny insects by putting a bin bag over the entire pot. After about two hours, I stirred up the solution again to mix it well & that was it. I covered it again with a bin bag & let it stand undisturbed for 24 hours. The next day, I was surprised at how wonderful the brew looked & smelt. I scooped out a little bit to taste & all the sugar was gone & all I could taste was nice clean alcohol with no bad smell at all. It was also very easy to pour the solution from the pot into another pot because all the sediment was sitting at the bottom but it doesn't matter if the mix is a bit cloudy as that has no bad effect on the stomach. I don't know the exact alcohol content but all I remember is staggering a bit as I went to sleep that night. It totally knocked me out. AND now, I make it at least every Wednesday so its ready by weekend. I don't buy alcohol anymore. It has saved me a lot of money. Well worth it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ UPDATE I have also just discovered that complete fermentation can happen in less than 24 hours but that depends on how well you mixed the solution & the type of container you used. As I said above, the wider the container, the better & more evenly the fermentation happens. Another thing is you have a better view of the entire solution during fermentation because you can see hundreds of little bubbles continuously popping at the top but when fermentation is complete, the bubbling stops & that can happen in 18 hours

Does exactly what it says it does.
This stuff is insane. Used it about 3 hours ago in a 23L Ginger beer mix. It's bubbling away like a witches cauldron, I've already had to remove the air lock as it's just pointless it being there and it's blowing all the water out so I've just covered the outlet hole with gauze. Not only is it bubbling like a mad thing, my barrel is really hot to the touch, it's like I've poured hot soup into it - and my bathroom absolutely reeks, and I mean reeks of alcohol. It's like walking past a brewery. They aren't lying when they say this is a 24hr thing. I genuinely think I could drink it now and I'd get drunk off 2-3 pints, it has the same smell my 12% homebrew wines have after about a week of fermenting, a few days before the bottling stage. I feel like there's a crazy science experiment happening rather than a fermentation, I keep checking every half an hour and it hasn't failed to surprise me each time in just how quick it's happening, and how violent the bubbling is getting. I've seen on YouTube if you give it 3-4 days it'll go past 20%, but I definitely won't be doing that. It'd take me months to sup 23 litres of 20% ginger beer. Even Crabbies Ginger wine that I love is only 13% I think, and that's a tipple or mix drink rather than served in a pint glass with ice which I did plan on doing with this batch. I'm not sure I'll be able to without dilution though, the way it smells it's gonna be like rocket fuel with a ginger kick.

The speed is impressive 🍷 by Friday il be able to sample my home brew. Grew the fruit grew sugar beet all I needed was turbo yeast. Be warned! Not well directed on pack, and may cause nausea
It works, tetrapack of sugar and yeast was ready to try in 24 hours, bubbling over with foam, and definitely alcoholic in odour. 10 minutes later, I was vomiting and feeling like death. Perhaps missed a stage in filtration or pasteurising- instructions on pack are pretty vague! - use with care!
