I love this hair straightener because it works with steam. I think the only downfall is that I didn't realize when I bought it that the temperature only goes to 390 . So that is the only reason that I'm only giving it 4stars. It works great and I love the handle, I just wish it went to 420 degrees..other than that, it's perfect

Very easy to use & it heats up very quickly.. The only thing I don't like😞 is it gets hot to the touch BUT other than that it works perfectly..

The reservoir for the water is so hard to remove you have to pry it off. Once I did fill the water reservoir of the steam doesn’t even work. And the on off button doesn’t work at one press of a button. The buttons on this appliance are horrible
