Great Catio!
I am very pleased with this catio so far and my cat absolutely loves it! I waffled back and forth for over a year on getting one of these. With so many options and the price tag, it was hard to commit. We needed a taller catio to get closer to the top of our outward-opening windows and an open back, so this one fit the bill! I also wanted plenty of room for my cat to enjoy the room but had to fit in on our covered porch. Assembly: It took me about 6 hours to assemble - I was able to put together the outside by myself but did end up recruiting help putting the shelves on as it was easier for one person to be outside and one inside to screw the bolts in. You could put it together alone but it is MUCH easier with at least one other person. If you don't have help, some other reviewers had some great tips on solo assembly. I also used a power drill - you will be drilling into the wood, which is soft enough to not struggle too much without pilot holes (there are dots for guides) but strong enough that a normal screwdriver will be tedious. The screws and hardware included were good enough quality to use without stripping or breaking. Stability/Mounting: Until you mount the enclosure at the bottom and sides to a base and the wall, it will be unstable. However, after mounting, the stability is great and I had no reservations letting my cat out in it! We had to raise the catio higher to fit our windows, so we built a base of stone and wood at the bottom, which worked out great as I did not want to drill into our stone porch. If you have wood siding or porch, mounting should not be too much of an issue. If you have concrete for either, you will need additional tools and anchors/hardware to mount it. My walls are concrete so we built a wooden frame to mount it to the wall. Safety: It feels very safe, there are no gaps that my cat or predators can squeeze through and it does not sway or buckle when my cat jumps on the shelves or scratches on the posts. Appearance/Size: It looks great - we even had guests and neighbors praise how good it looks! The large size fits well for my cat and his needs, and gives me enough room to fit inside to clean or retrieve my cat when stubborn on getting inside. The door is a bit short and narrow, so you will need to bend down/hunch to get inside. I'm short so it's not so bad for me but for taller people it may be a bit uncomfortable. Overall: I'm very happy with the quality of the catio itself, how easy it was to assemble, and the end result. My cat has been in it every day since! Worth every penny!

Cats love it
This catio is great, but be aware it doesn't have a back side. It must be attached to an existing wall. Also, platforms on top of scratching posts are very small. We had to replace with larger ones. Our cats love it.

Pretty nice but the roof is a very cheap plastic
It doesn’t come with a floor as it is meant to sit directly on the ground. I knew that when purchasing. But the side of my house is very murky/muddy so I built a floor for it. The catio itself was pretty easy to assemble. You will definitely want an electric screw driver or drill with a Phillips bit. There is a lot of screwing to do. All the pieces were labeled with numbers so it was easy to follow the instructions. I saw other reviews saying they had to drill some holes themselves. I’m thinking they probably had the pieces put together wrong. The only time I didn’t have pre drilled holes was when I had a piece backwards. Which happened twice. And when I didn’t see holes I just looked and realized I had the part backwards. Overall I am satisfied and my cat loves it. The main reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the fragile plastic they used for the roof.

I love this catio!
This is a perfect catio for me and my 2 cats! I just finished building it today and they are both already using it. Also, I was able to put it together by myself. I am a 5ft tall woman and my only prior building experience is assembling a couch and futon from Wayfair. It took me 7-8 hours to assemble. I had already built a paving stone foundation for it to sit on outside. You will need a power drill to assemble this, but the wood is soft enough that you can drill the screws straight into it with no pilot holes. The screws are nice, I didn't strip or break any of them. If the side of your house is brick or some other solid material, you will need a way to drill holes in it for anchors. My siding is wood, so I could screw directly in it. I recommend putting the roof on one panel at a time so you can reach the back. If you are assembling this by yourself, when you are installing the shelves and cat boxes, you can tape the bolts in place with electrical tape from the outside. That way you can slide the shelf onto the bolts without knocking them out of the wood. After anchoring everything, the structure seems sturdy. Yes, the wood is lightweight, but it doesn't seem like it will go anywhere. My heavier cat (12 lbs) has climbed all over it and it didn't even shake. The size is great for my cats to chase bugs. Overall, I love it! I will try to remember to update when it rains or after a year or so.

So far so great!
Got this catio on sale for $350, and certainly worth the money. It came in 3 different large packages but was honestly pretty easy to set up. When taking out all the pieces, I recommend doing it outside bc whatever stain or chemical treatment is on the wood STINKS. Definitely dissipated once outside. We put the catio on the side of our house between the house and fence, and needed a way to connect it to the nearest window so we had to build our own small connecter - honestly building our own part was so much harder than putting together the massive catio (to think we originally had plans to build a whole catio ourselves!). The wood is light and soft, but seems sturdy. The only thing that we got confused about were the sets of ramp/platform/bridges. Turns out there's one set that gets attached to the front of catio (shown here), and there's another set (of I think just platforms and bridge in the middle) that is supposed to go on the back side of whatever you have this structure up against. This was not immediately evident in the instruction photos. We elected not to put this up (yet?) since we'd have to drill more into our brick home. Overall very happy and I think our cats are too! :)

cats loved it. Good size. It took a good day to put together. First attached it to fence and then moved it to a window on the house

Really great catio, very easy to install IF A. You have wood exterior walls and dont mind screwing into your siding B. You have a solid even surface, again a wood surface you dont mind adding a few small holes to. C. You have two people, I did 70% of the work myself, at times you need somebody to hold a nut/bolt on onside while youre on the other. If you have all 3 of these I would not hesitate to recomend this catio, also don't be let down by the flimsyness as you build, its quite solid for some chonky cats when its all together.

Really impressed with the catio. It's huge and was easy to put together - just a bit time consuming due to the size haha. It's also well designed. My only quams were that I wish the entry door was a bit taller, and the bridge feature for the cats was solid rather that flexible/dangling. It'd provide more standing room for humans, make room to increase the door size, and would be more readily accepted by cats, I believe. I happened to get a coupon for the item, so I was also very impressed by the price with the coupon. Otherwise, it is a bit pricey for what it is, in my opinion. You essentially pay for the convenience of not having to design/source materials yourself.

We bought this Cattery a year ago, our 3 cats love it! We also purchased a large running wheel that fits inside perfectly and they use it constantly. Neighbours walking by always comment how much they like it. Assembly was tricky, I hired someone to build it and they had to build it up to completely cover the window but it was worth it. You will not be sorry with this investment!
