So good
By far the best gluten free pasta I have had. This is also the best price I have found them for. They cook pretty similar to gluten noodles just don't overcook. If you are using them in a cold pasta salad they are great the day of and day after but then they get a little crunchy. Don't cook too much if you won't be eating it up in a day or so. If you are booking and then baking I would stop boiling them just before they are done so they don't fall apart while baking.

Can’t tell it’s gluten free
I have this on subscribe and save with auto replenishment. It is a good quality gluten free pasta that works well in everything I tried this far. Family does not even notice its gluten free.

The texture is very close to traditional pasta — no mushiness or falling apart — and it holds up well in sauces or baked dishes. Gluten Free
These are a good Gluten Free pasta. Made with quinoa, corn and rice. Unable to find the Elbow shape in a store near me so I was very happy to find these on Amazon. Very enjoyable!
