Firestick remote is working good so far good keep it up

New remote does not work
We purchased this remote. But it does not work even after we installed it. Moreover the new batteries do not work or got discharged in few days if we keep them inserted in this remote Please replace it with new working remote or return the money back.

We ordered this remote and put in new batteries and when tried to connect to the fire stick it did not work tried to pair it multiple time still not working.We need replacement or money back please

This is not the original remote same as that comes with TV , this is like support one works good.I don't see issues with this product.Observed like buttons are bit hard for use.
