I was looking for a recipe for something that would taste like the windmill cookies from years ago. Yes, you can purchase the cookies today, but they are expensive (in my opinion). I ordered this mixture from Boston Spice and WOW! The cookies I baked tasted just like the windmill cookies I remembered. They were so good I ordered a windmill cookie cutter - for the full effect. :)I also received a small amount of a freebee spice with my order - that was fun to try out.Boston Spice will be my go-to for future baking/spice needs.

This blend gives the perfect flavor for the world's favorite "Airplane Spice Cookies"!I even added it to a grahm cracker crust with amazing results!!! This spice blend is exactly what I needed. It should work well for my Christmas cookies and apple cakes. This really takes me back to childhood. Best thing is that you don’t have to measure out all the individual spices and hope you got it right! I will order again.

Funny that I received my envelope of this product and it was heavily chewed in to. My mom and I guessed that there was a massive rat in the mail room or something. I thought that I'd have to throw my pack away but only the free sample was messed up, luckily. The actual spice mix pack was safe and sound. I made cookies keto style and they weren't what I hoped overall. I am keto but want to try Biscoff so after looking up many recipes and most say that Speculoos or the like will pretty much be what they are I attempted cookies. I did not care for them so I crushed them and made a Cheesecake crust. Not great tho. Anywho, next time I will try another recipe and style but this actual product is OK.

I sent this to my daughter, who uses it to bake amazing cookies. So far, no one has guessed the special ingredient that makes them taste so good.

This is nice, I expected it to be sweeter. It’s not sweet at all, but nice flavor. I was looking for the “cookie butter” flavor. It is close, a little strongerbut I can see it would be great in baked goodd
