Nice Product for Casual Lifters
This product has been a real helper in the gym. I am still working on forearm strength but don't want to have to stop all my other lifts because my forearms get tired. These allow me to continue my workout and get the most out of my lifting time. These are sturdy, and comfortable and very easy to use. They are also a nice size for a smaller hand and wrist so would be great for many women lifters. Please note that these should not be used if you are hoping to train for powerlifting as straps are not allowed in competition. However, if you are like me and are working to get your forearms up to par with the rest of your body, but don't want to have to sacrifice your workout, or if you are just a casual lifter and like the ease of straps, then these are perfect for you.

These have upped my deadlift game significantly!
Not sure how I ever deadlifted without these. These have upped my deadlift game significantly. I can now lift more weight and do more reps without my grip tiring. In the past, my grip would tire long before my legs, so I had to give up before I wanted to. Now I can deadlift to my heart's content. These have been great for push exercises as well. For instance, I am able to do more overhead presses with more weight with these grips. These are high quality and will last me a long time. For reference, I ordered the size small and they fit perfectly. I think any female (unless you have very large wrists) would be a size small.

The Gripps you need for isolating!
I am in LOVE with my Versa Gripps Fit! I’m 48 YO and not new to weight training, so I’m familiar with reps to failure. Used them Thursday morning for back/bis/tris and for the first time ever have felt like I trained THOSE muscles to failure and not my hands/forearms. I was able to increase weight and/or reps on all lifts. They will take a little getting used to, but thrilled with my purchase so far. Quality product!

You Don't Get What You Pay For
I purchased the Vera gloves for myself for a little extra grip help while doing deadlifts. The Versas are great for someone like me - a casual lifter (no one is beating down my door to appear on Shape, believe me) who needs a little boost when my grip starts to fail on my fatigue sets The Versas have greatly improved my deadlift technique, although I find that wrapping the straps around the bar to be more difficult than it should be considering what these straps are designed for. It is not uncommon for me to have to wrap the bar more than once to get my grip just right. Speaking of design, these straps are advertised for use in pushing exercises, too, but I really don't think they are anywhere near as effective on pushing exercises as they are for pulling, at least with my current workout plan. I also don't like the fact that the straps are a little unwieldy - if I want to superset another exercise, I was hoping I could simply turn the Versa around on my wrist and go about my business. Nope - you need to take the Versas off. I also have very thin wrists and the XS, while perfect for my wrist size, was too short in the straps. Bottom line is that for the price, I expected a better design and fit. I think I would have rated these 5 stars if they were $30 less.

An absolute must for lifters
My coach recommended these grips, but I thought I could get away with a cheaper options. 5 different options later I finally decided to give these a try. I have to say they run small. My wrists are exactly 6 inches and size Small was too tight as well as rubber grip part was too short. I exchanged them for M/L and wow what a difference! I PRed all my lifts today and my hands no longer hurt. I wish I bought these grips earlier

The number one MUST HAVE for the gym
Versa Gripps are not your 'normal' wrist straps - the grips are sticky and allow you to carry 10 times the weight you normally would. I am strong, but my grip strength is really lacking in comparison to the amount of weight that I can and like to lift. Before the Versa Gripps I felt held back by my grip, but now I can use any weights I want because I no longer have to worry about my grip giving out! Not only are the grips awesome for lifting, they are also phenomenal for pull-ups, leg-lifts, and more. I have seen huge changes since getting the Versa Gripps and can't imagine my routines without them now. Make sure that you measure to get the right fit. LOVE!

Well made, good quality
The gloves are well made, seems like they will last a long time. The only thing is that it’s still loose around my small wrists at the tightest point; still does the job though.

These were just what I neeeded to prep for NPC bikini show coming up!
I'm lifting heavier weights then ever and many times I was more focused on whether my wrist could support the weight and in turn this was taking away from the integrity of the muscle I was trying to train. These are super comfortable and durable! My trainer recommended them and he has had his for over two years. They were priced right and make workouts so much better. I'm able to focus on muscle building and not the lack of strength in my wrists. Who wants buff wrists anyways. Not this girl! I'm petite 5'3 and weight 119. I got the size small they fit really well. This was a great purchase!

Ottima presa, con gli stacchi non ho più il problema che mi cedano le dita nell'aumentare il peso. Forse la taglia S un po' piccola per il mio polso, ma svolgono egregiamente il loro dovere.

I have small wrists so got XS, but would actually recommend to get S as the only difference seems the length of the band. With XS size the band for closing is a bit short, so it’s slightly more difficult to get them around your wrist (my friend bought S after I told her and we compared both products). Otherwise love them for the gym. They definitely improve grip strength as that’s the part I am struggling with most.

Genuinely the best grips I've ever used. I've used the cheaper 1s for years and never really felt that helped that much but these are literally the best thing I've ever bought myself for the gym. If your debating the cost difference between these and those other 1s. Yes, its worth the extra. Buy it.
