This oil is top rated by all the docs and health nuts, it has a very mild flavor, especially if compared to olive oil; a Little expensive for deep frying but it will handle the high heats.

We’ve made an effort over the last two years to eliminate seed oils so we’ve bought a lot of this coconut oil. We love it! We use it for baking instead of vegetable oil, we use it for cooking, popping popcorn, etc. it’s so much more convenient than the solid coconut oil you can get in the stores. I highly recommend making the switch to coconut oil!
