Happy customer and happy hermione fan!
Wand arrived in plenty of time for birthday. Well packaged, good quality product. For such a pricey product though would have been a nice gesture to include batteries!

Bad wand; even worse service; suitable for over the age of 14 (not 3 years as is claimed online)
DO NOT BUY THIS WAND Wand looks as it does in the picture but unlike the real Warner Studios wand made of resin, this feels like it is made of cheap plastic. On arrival the battery flap was jammed and the key to open it was weak plastic. We asked for a refund and after some delay and emails they agreed we could return the wand. But saying the they managed to open the battery flap they returned it. Also a note was included in the packaging saying it was only suitable for over 14 year olds. However the website shows it as suitable for over 3 year olds.

Bought as a gift, the wand works well but is way overpriced for the materials used. Was expecting something better than badly molded plastic

Perfect ! exactly as expected and even better ! It lights up when we wave it and if we wave back it close, some people may think its not normal but it is!! Its made out of great plastic but super well painted which make it looks like wood :)!

Un bellissimo oggetto da collezione per tutti gli appassionati della saga di Harry Potter. La bacchetta è in materiale plastico ben fatto e resistente, fedele all'originale che si vede nel film. Agitandola si illumina la punta e si possono scegliere tre tipi di intensità.
