Fits and works well on my 2016 Odyssey. Only four stars because the heater element tabs on the mirror are not spaced correctly. I was able to carefully adjust the spacing by squeezing with pliers, and the plug went on, though still with a little difficulty.

Lacks blind spot function, cheap material
The outside edge of this mirror is supposed to be intentionally distorted to give you a better view of your blind spot. They put a line on the glass, but they just used normal flat glass in this area.Also, they say the plastic is ABS but it feels more like a soft polypropylene. The original material is ASA.I am going to return this and buy the OEM part for $40.
