Good organic and easy to swallow
The capsules are easy to swallow, and we appreciate the clean, organic ingredients. While it’s hard to measure immediate results, we feel confident knowing we’re supporting our health with a high-quality product.. I took it at night and it two and wish it was one. Been using product for sometime. Trying to keep cholesterol low naturally. Use in combo with a statin & good diet.

Works but start with one a day and work up
It does what it says but for me I started with two a day and wound up with muscle spasms all over. With that being said, I’m cutting back to one a day but have seen results faster than I would have thought. Most effective supplement I have taken.
