Worth the purchase and cheaper than some book stores on here

The cover is misleading, this isn't about the nurse at the sanitorium, she only gets about the last few pages of the story. Which will obviously continue.Good explanation for Baldo and why he's the way he is. And an interesting enlightened view of the "American natives" from Baldo (unlikely in that timeframe, but I like him for it anyway). I like the interactions of the servants for his first entertainment of special guests ("every single one of you is insane!").

I pre-ordered this copy! (I have the entire manga collection), and I was surprised to receive the book before the initial release date. It was a happy surprise!

Oh Baldo. Girl gave you strict orders and Lau is on to you now. Looks like Lau will have to do things his way now. I look forward to the next volume.

Fantastic volume, didn’t disappoint in the slightest! I loved the deep dive into Baldo’s past and the way Yana’s art style only seems to get more beautiful and refined with each new chapter. After 13 years Black Butler is still my #1 favorite manga by far! ❤️

I'm a big fan of black butler and the newest volume smoothly picks up right where the last one ended.i don't want to spoil it but it will have something to do with Baldo's backstory.we've been introduced to Mey-Rin's and Finnian's in early volumes so this addition to his character arc makes great sense.Enjoy.its a good one.

Series Info/Source: This is the 32nd volume in the Black Butler series. I bought this in paperback format.Thoughts: This was a well done continuation in the Black Butler series and I really enjoyed it. In this volume we follow Baldo's back story. We do get back to the main storyline right at the end of the book, but most of this focuses on Baldo's past.I continue to enjoy the art style a ton and also enjoy the storyline here. I don't have a ton more to say about this. If you are enjoying the deep dives into our side characters' backgrounds that have been happening in the most recent Black Butler volumes you will enjoy this one as well.My Summary (4/5): Overall this was very well done and I enjoyed it. I do kind of wish we could get back to the main storyline with Ciel and Sebastian, however, I did enjoying learning Baldo's back story as well. I think fans of the series will like this. The artwork and story remain top-notch.

This series continues to develop older characters and introduce new ones as Sebastian admits new recruits into the fold. The new man is an American soldier, a universal soldier forged by hate and frontier violence and thus cannot be slain in battle.

Been collecting this book series for a number of years but still love it!
