Great to reduce sodium intake, half it for recipes
I’m supposed to eat limited sodium but hate the potassium mixes and the substitutes aren’t the same especially when cooking. Yes this is fine powder but I really don’t salt my food directly often but I’d recommend pouring on your hand and sprinkling it on if you do. For cooking I searched on the product website to figure out how much to use when cooking and it said half of what the recipe calls for and that’s been working great and it’s half the sodium so it’s like the potassium/sodium mix but without the bitter taste. If you want or need to use real salt but are on a low sodium diet I’d highly recommend.

No Taste
Used for cooking and table. No taste and too fine.

Tastes good, packaging sucks
I love this low sodium salt. It doesn’t have any other additives to it which is nice. It’s definitely more of a fine powder than your typical granulated salt. My biggest complaint is the packaging, there’s no way to open it and use a scoop to measure it out, there’s a larger hole to pour it out of but this doesn’t work very well because of how fine the powder is.

It is a powder.
Not sure if it is salty. It is a powder which makes it hard to tell if it is salty enough.

A win!!
Looking to cut back on sodium I was really excited to find this product I read about it on their own website and decided to go ahead and buy it since it is nothing but pure salt with reduced sodium per serving it is micro ground into a super fine, soft powder that allows it to flavor your food using less and dissolves and mixes into the food much faster then the larger crystals and so far we like it a lot. We don't use a lot of salt so we're still playing with how much we need for each meal we cook but the fact that a quarter of a teaspoon has 148 mg of sodium and a quarter of a teaspoon of regular salt has approximately 600 that's a big difference. Hope they stay in business!!

nasty powder format
Nasty powdery substance - awful and almost unusable. Tossed the other container rather than waste time trying to use it.

Be careful
I liked the actual product but trying to sprinkle some on my food and the entire top came off and all was lost. Maybe do better at securing the lid to stay on

It's not JUST salt, and has a horrible consistency
This salt has the additive maltodextrin, which while not technically harmful, does give the salt a powdery almost chalky consistency. The shaker also has holes that are way too big and a lot comes out at once. Worst of all, I can hardly taste the salt. I'd much rather use fine sea salt or kosher salt.
