Q: are these really sweetened with stevia?

Yes, I have to use Sugar Free and Stevia does not cause me GI issues that other sugar-free sweeteners do. I use a lot of these cough drops because of years of GERD my esophagus & throat area are easily irritated and result in annoying coughing and the Stevia sweetened Ricola help to deal with that. I love them!

The carbohydrates in these lozenges are not sugar, they are sugar free polyols (Stevia in this case). Each lozenge has 2.5 of carbs.

Q: How many cough drops are in a box ?

The boxes I received had 20/box. I have not seen the stevia available for some time, so I have gone hack to the aspartame-sweetened.

I use the Ricola with Stevia. Menthol is listed as the last ingredient on the product list. I copied this from a search article for you: “How much menthol is in Ricola cough drops? Ingredients.
